BreakThrough Support Groups

BreakThrough invites the hurting to a healing journey where they can explore their story and find their heart.  BreakThrough endeavours to provide an environment of grace and affirmation, a safe place to look at the past and discover a future.

Our hurts and struggles take place in relationships, and recovery needs to take place in the context of relationships that are safe, where trust can be built, safety experienced, and the love of Christ freely given and received.

BreakThrough operates in a small group format and runs twice a year for a 12 week period, meeting once a week for two hours. A typical group consists of two trained co-leaders and six participants. Each participant is provided with a Journey Guide that is used each week to provide teaching, questions, ideas, brief homework assignments, etc.

2010 season begins Sat. Sept. 18th. Pre-registration required.
